The Feminine Path – Opening to Your Womb Wisdom
Another important step in awakening your feminine creation power in your womb is to connect deeply with Mother Earth and her cycles. If you wish to release the wisdom held in your womb, you must attune yourself to the rhythms of the Moon and the natural portals of the Earth – the equinoxes, solstices, and seasonal transitions.
Why is this important? Because when you follow the cycles of nature, you align with the universal flow. The cosmic energy supports you in opening to deeper layers of wisdom. But when you only live and work in a linear way, always moving forward without pause, you stay in the same patterns. True feminine wisdom unfolds through cycles, not straight lines. By honoring this practice, you begin to live in harmony with the cyclical wisdom of the Moon and unlock the feminine knowledge your womb has always held.
The Moon Cycles and Feminine Wisdom
Each phase of the Moon carries its own frequency and opens a unique doorway of wisdom within you.
New Moon – Planting the Seed
The New Moon is the darkest phase of the lunar cycle. It is here, in the stillness and mystery of the dark, that we plant the seeds of our heart’s deepest longings.
Just as the earth holds a seed in her soil before it breaks open, your womb is the sacred ground where your soul’s desires are planted. But there is one essential truth: the womb will only receive seeds that come from your heart. If a desire is not aligned with your highest truth, your womb will reject it.
The Practice of Planting the Heart Seed:
- In the darkness of the New Moon, turn inward.
- Breathe into your heart and listen: What longing is ready to be planted?
- Once you feel it, imagine this longing as a seed of light. Place it gently in the center of your womb.
- See its roots growing down into the core of Mother Earth, the great womb beneath you.
- Breathe deeply, drawing up Earth’s nourishing energy into the seed.
- Invite the energies of your left ovary (feminine) and right ovary (masculine) to flow into the seed, weaving balance and strength around it.
- For the next seven days, until the Waxing Moon, allow the seed to rest in the fertile darkness, nourished by your breath and the rhythms of the Earth.
